Plain English

By signing up you agree to a monthly subscription at the rate shown on the pricing page. You can cancel any time from the customer portal — your access continues to the end of the period you've paid for. There is no contract or minimum term.

Your data and our data

The lead and tender data we surface is sourced from public-record feeds. You can use it for legitimate business outreach — call, email, write to the agents and procurement officers. You may not resell, redistribute, or use the data in any way that contravenes the GDPR or the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR).

Acceptable use

Don't scrape, rate-limit-evade, or share your account credentials with other firms. We give every customer a generous API limit; if you need more, email info@houseofplanning.co and we'll work it out.

Liability

We do our best to surface accurate data from upstream feeds, but we make no warranty that every lead or tender is current. Don't use HoPS as your only source of truth for time-critical decisions — always verify the source link before submitting a bid.

Changes

We'll email customers about material changes to these terms at least 30 days before they take effect.
