How does billing work?
Subscribe with a card at signup, billed monthly on the day you started. Cancel any time from the customer portal — your access continues to the end of the period you've paid for. No contract, no minimum term.
Can I switch tiers?
Yes, any time, from the customer portal. Mid-month upgrades are pro-rated; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
What counts as one "CPV sector"?
A two-digit CPV division — 45 (construction work), 71 (architectural and engineering services), 79 (business services including project management and consultancy), and so on. One sector covers all subcategories within it, which is generous: CPV 45 alone has 80+ subcategories.
What if I want a borough outside London?
The Contracts module already covers the whole UK (Contracts Finder and Find a Tender are national feeds). Planning starts with the 33 London boroughs and expands quarterly. You can vote on which area we add next from inside the dashboard, and we lean hard on customer requests.
How do I cancel?
One click in the customer portal. No retention call, no surveys. You keep access until the end of your billing period.
Is annual billing cheaper?

Is the data GDPR-compliant?
The contact details we surface are published by councils and procurement bodies as a matter of public record — agents on planning applications, procurement officers on tenders. We never resell data and you can request deletion of any contact at any time.
